From the day they open escrow, to the day they close and leave our office, it is everyone’s responsibility to make that client and their customers feel special. From the work we do to the environments we do it in, Elite is our Standard.

We Keep People in the Know

We are in constant communication with our clients and their customers so everyone knows where we are during the transaction. If a client or their customer reaches out to us to ask what’s going on, we have failed. We return every message the day it comes in, even if the answer is to acknowledge receipt of the message.

We Follow Up

We never make the assumption a critical task that has been delegated is completed we follow up to make sure that it has. This applies to both Clear staff and customers.

We Own It

We celebrate our wins and take criticism in stride and use it to improve customer experience. We never pass the buck. We NEVER hang our fellow team members out to dry.

We Look Inward First

When something goes wrong, rather than look for external forces to blame, even when warranted, we first ask ourselves the question, “what could I have done better?”. We learn from our mistakes and improve our process so as not to repeat them.

We never want to tell a customer or a client NO ,Until the question has been escalated to the highest point for verification.
